How Your Order Is Packaged

All Hoochiechick orders ship in plain white or brown non-descript boxes with no indication as to the contents inside. Your privacy is our highest priority.

How Your Shipping Charge Is Calculated

We calculate your order's shipping cost using the fairest possible method. For domestic (U.S.) addresses, we use real time UPS and FedEx shipping tables, your Ship To zip code and the approximate weight of your package to estimate the actual cost of shipping. Shipments to international territories by United States Postal Service (including Canada) are similarly based on the approximate weight of your package and the territory to which it is being shipped.

During the checkout process you will be told the prices of all available shipping methods before you are asked to finalize your order with payment information.

When your Package Will Ship

We make every attempt to ship all orders the same day. Please understand that having the order shipped Next Day Air does not mean your package will arrive the next day. Once the package is shipped from out warehouse it will be shipped via your chosen shipping method. It way take several days to fufill your order. You will receive an e-mailed confirmation from UPS , FedEx , or USPS that your package has been scheduled for delivery with instructions for tracking it. You can also track your order using our realtime order tracking system. You must have your order number to use the system, if you do not have your order number, contact us for assistance.

Items that are shipped by the manufacturer are labeled as such and will ship as indicated.

Orders with Ship To addresses that are not served by UPS or FedEx (such as PO Boxes, APOs and FPOs) will ship via U.S. Postal Service using a delivery method similar to the UPS method you select. These orders may take up to three additional business days to process.

In some cases we may opt at our expense to ship certain orders later than the next business day using a faster delivery method. In this case you may receive an e-mailed confirmation later than the next business day. Your package will still arrive as originally expected unless otherwise notified by us via e-mail.

When Your Package Will Arrive

Your e-mailed shipping confirmation will provide an estimated arrival date.

Ground orders are usually received within five to seven business days. 3 Day Select orders are guaranteed to arrive on the third business day following the day your order is shipped. 2nd Day Air orders are guaranteed to arrive on the second business day following the day your order is shipped. Next Day Air orders are guaranteed to arrive the next business day following the day your package is shipped. Certain Hawaiian, Alaskan and rural addresses may take longer.

Tracking Your Package

Your e-mailed shipping confirmation will provide a tracking number and a link for immediate tracking via the shippers web site.

To track your package without the UPS tracking number, click here to visit the UPS web site tracking page. Enter your Hoochiechick order number into the Reference Number field and your Ship To zip code into the Destination Postal Code field (leave the UPS Account Number field blank). Specify the Ship To country, click the check box, and then click " Track." If you do not find appropriate results, please contact Hoochiechick customer service.

We cannot be held responsible for any refunds related to orders where tracking information confirms successful delivery.

If your order is shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail you will receive an e-mail confirming a ship date and a tracking number for your package. We cannot be held responsible for any refunds related to unsuccessful U.S. Postal Service deliveries that are not returned to us in the normal course of business. We encourage you to contact us if you do not receive your U.S. Postal Service shipment within two weeks of your order date.

Undeliverable and Inaccurate Addresses

Addresses containing errors (e.g., incorrect street or suite numbers) may arrive later than expected and are not subject to the guarantees outlined above.

If your order cannot be delivered due to inaccurate Ship To information, we will refund your credit card the amount of your order minus the invoiced shipping charge and any additional fees that may be assessed by the shipper. We will notify you by e-mail that your package was returned and inform you of the total amount being refunded to your credit card.

Please note that UPS and FedEx may require a signature upon delivery. We encourage you to contact UPS with any questions you may have about services to your Ship To address. We cannot be held responsible for refunds of invoiced shipping charges if your package cannot be delivered.

Backordered Selections

We make every attempt to keep our inventory current and accurate. Products listed as "in stock" on our web site are available for immediate shipping unless otherwise noted.

If an item is backordered we will ship in-stock merchandise and ship backordered items as they become available. Backordered items from your order will be grouped and shipped together when it is reasonable to do so. You will only be charged for items when shipped. Backordered items will be shipped via UPS Ground or United States Postal Service. In the event of multiple shipments you will not be charged more than your original shipping quote. You will be notified via email if one or more items are going to be delayed beyond the original target date.

International Shipping

International orders are processed and shipped within three business days by United States Postal Service. Standard service orders are typically received within four to ten business days following the date we ship. Express service orders are typically received within three to five business days following the date we ship. Please note that customers shipping to international addresses will not receive a separate e-mail providing tracking information.

Import customs practices vary widely and often change. Hoochiechick cannot be held responsible for any international shipments that are confiscated, delayed or damaged by foreign customs or government officials. In addition, you will be solely responsible for any import duties, tariffs or other taxes that may be assessed. Due to legal restrictions, we do not ship to all foreign territories. Hoochiechick does not ship clothing, DVDs, videos, CD-ROMs, and certain books to foreign territories.

If a selection in your bag is not available for international shipping, you will receive a message during checkout that we are unable to calculate your shipping costs. If you receive this message, review the details of your selections and remove any items from your shopping bag that are not available for international shipping.

In the rare case of a backordered selection (see above) affecting international orders, we will hold your order until the backordered selection is available. You will receive an e-mail notifying you that one of your selections is temporarily unavailable and we will provide you with an estimated ship date for your order. You will have the opportunity to remove the backordered selection from your order and request immediate shipping, in which case you will receive a refund for the price of the backordered item and any associated shipping costs.

Inaccurate Contact Information

To ensure that your order ships without difficulty you must provide accurate and complete contact information. We will never e-mail you unless we need to communicate information concerning your order. You will not be contacted by phone unless UPS or FedEx encounters difficulty delivering your order. You will never receive newsletters or catalogs by mail or e-mail. We encourage you to review our privacy policy.

Hoochiechick cannot assume responsibility for problems associated with the processing of your order that cannot be remedied due to inaccurate contact information provided by you.

Business Days and Holidays

All above references to business days include week days (Monday through Friday) and exclude weekend days (Saturday and Sunday). Please note the following shipping holiday schedule. There will be no shipments or deliveries on the following days, and the delivery schedules described above exclude them:

Memorial Day - May 31
Independence Day - July 5
Labor Day - September 6
Thanksgiving Day - November 25
Day After Thanksgiving Day - November 26
Christmas Eve - December 24
Christmas Day - December 25
New Year's Eve - December 31
